Now in the constant and lifelong passion of me going to as many Chinatown as possible in the world, I eventually made my way to the one here in Vietnam this Chinatown was nothing too special other than this beautiful cupboard market, but the person that I was walking with is incredibly special. I got the chance to cook myself in the sun while wandering through markets here in this Chinatown and I’m happy to cross it off with someone that I had such respect and love for.
