Intro
Why is this on my list.

1.✓Drive a manual.

To drive a manual I think it’s an incredibly masculine and also very useful thing to do that’s why it’s on my bucket list.

The story.

It’s early in the morning in the outbox of Australia the cocktails are flying past rolling green hills are beautiful and the sun is going to be hard but it’s early in the morning the sun has not even thought about coming out

In the first heard just finished milking the motorcycle is a little bit too cold at this current moment so I quickly hop in the Land Cruiser a beast of a machine that seems like it weighs 1000 times but there’s a problem it’s manual at this time I’m not very good at manual but I’m a quick study

It doesn’t help that the truck is worth over $90,000 and if I fuck it up I’ll be sad but my boss tells me it’s fine just take it slow through the River and I’ll be OK oh did I mention this is my bosses car I reluctantly took the keys from him and go off to start pushing the herd

it’s interesting when you drive such a huge truck turning is huge wheels are huge and take three steps just to get up on the truck and goddamnit I loved it how are you felt moving 500 cows with the truck just seems so country or at least it did if I knew what was doing

After stalling out a few times I finally get the hang of it and it starts with the shifting it’s actually a lot easier than the Land Cruiser that’s from 1920s by the sounds of it and eventually I’m driving just like it was my mom’s Toyota

Until I get into the paddock and I start hitting the wheel tracks from the pivot I learned that you can go slow or you might get stuck and I learned that lesson so quick but other than that it was an amazing experience and I’m happy that I can drive a man I don’t know why but it seems like such a manly school even though it’s a skill that anybody can learn man woman or child but I’ve always thought of him being quite and amazing feeling shifting from 2nd to 3rd and king at home and speed I’d like to learn to shift a lot better but I’ll take time just like everything in life it takes time

The lesson I learned from learning how to drive a manual is one don’t break your bosses car do you want to join us too it’s an amazing feeling to be in control of the machinery you drive a lot of the cars we have nowadays are computer controlled and also it’s always good to continue to learn no matter what

I hope you guys enjoy this post and I will see you next week I love you all
