Why is this on my list.

144. ✓Korea–Eat Kim-chi in Korea.

The reason this  is on my bucket list is because if you’re gonna eat anything in Korea it has to be kimchee. It seems so quintessentially Korean

The story.

The amount of times that I’ve had kimchi while I was in Korea is unfathomable. you have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But one thing I learned is there’s definitely good kimchi and bad kimchi.

but when you get good kimchi the complex flavours that you have are amazing. You get the sourness of the pickling the tasted of the sea with the shrimp, the crunchiness of the cabbage it’s something that is to be had.

I love eating kimchi, I really do it’s one of my favourite things in Korea which sounds ridiculous but it is really Really REALLY good. Trust me.

They have a dish called KIMCHI JJIGAE which is basically a soup made out to kimchi and pork. and it was one of my favourite dishes on a cold day in juju. it is so simple to make one day I really do hope to make my own kimchee.

It’s really hard to narrow down all the times I’ve had kimchi and turn it into one story. but there was a couple times where I go into a hole in the wall restaurant next to the beaches of Busan and they would always bring out some of the best kimchi.

I don’t know if it’s famous or anything but it’s just delicious. I highly suggest everybody tries kimchi and I have a switch as everybody travels the world which I think.

Sorry for the short post I don’t really know how to tell a story about just kimchi.

I really do love you guys and I really do hope you enjoyed the post.
