31.✓Australia–Swim at a fake beach: Brisbane.
I put this on my bucket list as Brisbane’s fake beach, but it’s actually called The Lagoon. I still like the idea of a fake beach, I think the idea of a public-works project, like this, where it is a beautiful space for people to gather and hang out is so much fun. To splash around on a beach and still be in the centre of the city.
If Calgary did that it would be so nice but it would be frozen 9 months of the year.
I wouldn’t really say there’s a huge story to this honestly. It’s just a beautiful park, it’s an amazing idea. You see amazing people from all walks of life, having fun and sunbathing.
There are little kids playing in the waterpark and me this random Canadian just chilling and enjoying the scenery. I got a chance to take a beautiful woman on a date and do a photo shoot with her. It was so much fun and a good date idea. Better than a double double and a 20 pack of Timbits.
She helped take some pretty nice photos of me and I got some pretty nice photos of her we sat down splash in the water and chill on the sand and enjoyed ourselves it was a lot of fun; the coolest part however, is we were there at the sunset and it sets behind you, So you can just lay on the beach and look out and you can see the whole city out in front of you, it’s quite picturesque.
