Why is this on my list.

When it comes to trying new foods, I am always up for a challenge. Recently, I have been thinking a lot about the iconic British dish of pie and mash. With its reputation as a meal enjoyed by everyone from the poorest of the poor to the wealthiest of the wealthy, it seems like a piece of British history that I absolutely must try. I can’t help but get excited at the prospect of trying it – the tantalizing aroma of the flaky crust, the rich gravy, and the creamy mashed potatoes. As a matter of personal preference and taste, I like my pie and mash without the traditional liquor, much to the chagrin of Rachel’s family. While I must admit that the liquor adds a distinct flavor to the dish that cannot be ignored, I find that the flavors of the gravy are more than enough to satisfy my taste buds. It is a truly delicious meal that is both affordable and satisfying, and I can’t wait to cross it off my bucket list.
