617. ✓UK–See Seven Noses of Soho.
By Dane Garner and Edited by Rachel
Intro
Why is this on my list.

Part scavenger Hunt part art piece what more do you want in life the reason this is on my bucket list is it a small adventure something you can appreciate and love

The story.
We look at the time and realize we only have a couple hours before the sun will start setting. Rachael and I go to the first nose which is set against a beautiful archway of a huge old building.
Sadly there’s a shitload of construction and we can only kind of see it but hey, it’s a start to the adventure nonetheless.
From there we spend the next couple hours sneaking around Soho. We crossed off a couple of other things while we were there, including John Snow’s cholera pump that was on Rachael’s bucket list. It’s the place where an incredibly intelligent doctor named John Snow (not to be confused with Game of Thrones, unfortunately) found that this was the water pump that started the cholera outbreak in London.
A beautiful story but that’s for another day. Whilst we were sneaking around we saw the beauty and the interesting parts of the Soho area. After about the fourth or fifth nose we start to realize we’re running out of time so we start walking a little faster, its also getting a little colder as well as the sun is setting. Eventually we find all seven noses, we give each other a huge kiss and high-five.
I’m actually quite surprised how happy I was to finish it as we did feel a sense of accomplishment – a sense of completion even though it is a stupid, funny, beautiful art piece. But hey, isn’t life just a compilation of funny beautiful stupid things that you do to try and make yourself happy?
At least that’s mine. After that we start getting a little cold so we decided to go to the Said café for a hot chocolate. When I say hot chocolate I don’t mean a 7-Eleven shitty water-based hot chocolate. This was literally diabetes in a cup, 80% of it was melted chocolate. Needless to say it was absolutely delicious but that’s the fun of travelling to London and around the world; you can go from one moment looking for noses in Soho which is absolutely ridiculous to having cute loving dates, drinking a hot chocolate that’s worth $16, but goddamnit it was worth it and goddamnit life is worth it.
I love you all and I hope you enjoy the post.
