       251.✓Eat rice from China.

It started as a joke.

I crossed this off the first day I when to China and proceeded to cross it off every day after. I just love the idea of eating rice in China. I am happy to cross this one off.

The story.

I like rice. Rice is great when you’re hungry and you want 2,000 of something.

-Mitch Hedberg

I spent over two years in China. My whole left side of my body is a tattoo of a traditional painting. It would be a huge understatement to say I love China.

A lot of people look at me weird when I say that. But it’s a place where the past meet’s the future,

I’m going to talk about rice, it may sound like a joke. Over the course of my travels, I have tried rice from all over the place.  Japan’s rice is good so is Korea’s but Chinese rice is amazing,  I’ve eaten it breakfast, lunch and dinner for almost 2 years and there are so many iterations of it, I’ve eaten it Fried, boiled, steamed, cold, hot, and s every single fashion you can think about it, It’s delicious and it’s engrained (LOL do you see what I did there) in the history and culture of China. I highly suggest even though it is kind of a joke.

To eat rice in China because it truly is a staple food.
