Intro
Why is this on my list.

It was actually my mom’s idea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (my mom ask me to make it bold)and I loved it so much that I added it to my bucket list.

I remember me and my mom were wandering around a farmers market in Montreal and we found this gentleman doing tattoos in a tiny stall. My mom said she wanted to get me a tattoo and I said sure. but she said It had to be a heart….. that’s absolutely fine.

After about five minutes of chatting with him, he eventually shows me a stencil of what it will be. It’s a basic heart. I loved it then I laid on the bench and start getting tattooed, after about 30 minutes my tattoo was done.

My mom paid I asked her what it was for and she told me that she wanted to have matching tattoos I think that’s really cute.

Fast forward to my time in Calgary a few years later.

I eventually have a whole family reunion I spent my whole day with my family it was quite nice. A rare thing for me because of all the travelling.

Eventually, I asked my two sisters and my mom if I can get a photo of all of us with the tattoos. They laugh and joke and say yes. eventually, after a couple of tries, we get a nice photo.

That’s about the story of my heart tattoo and my oddball family.

But there is more to it.

I truly do find the idea of having matching tattoos with my mom and my sisters, It is quite a beautiful connection seeing as I travel all around the world.

Sometimes it’s tough and I do feel bad and lonely without my fam, but now I have a part of them and they have a part of me.

It’s quite comforting and it does make me feel quite nice.

Granted I guarantee some people made fun of my tattoo on my back but I really don’t care

I love it for what it is

A small tattoo that I share with my family
